At KIKFA, every product journey begins with the customer’s order. Whether it’s a custom request or a standard item, we first take time to understand exactly what the customer wants. For custom orders, we collect details such as preferred material, color, design style, size, usage purpose, and any personal ideas they want to include. Our team carefully notes all the instructions to ensure we deliver a product that truly reflects the customer’s vision.

2. Design and Concept Development
Once we receive the details, our design team gets to work. We start by sketching the product digitally or manually based on the customer's input. For complex orders, we also provide sample visuals or mock-ups for approval. We combine modern design techniques with traditional craftsmanship to create something unique and functional. 3. Material Selection and Preparation

For handmade custom products, we mostly use pure or bonded leather. For bulk and machine-made orders, we use synthetic or rexine.
